Bienvenue sur BackpackRadar. En utilisant notre application mobile et notre site web, tu acceptes ces conditions d'utilisation. Lis-les attentivement.

1. Description du service

BackpackRadar est une application mobile destinée aux backpackers en Working Holiday Visa (WHV/PVT) en Australie. Notre service inclut :

• Agrégation et filtrage automatique d'offres d'emploi (SEEK, Backpacker JB, Adzuna)
• Détection IA des jobs éligibles aux 88 jours de travail régional
• Stockage des fiches de paye (payslips)
• Compteur 88 jours et suivi de visa
• Notifications en temps réel

2. Compte utilisateur

Pour utiliser BackpackRadar, tu dois créer un compte avec une adresse email valide. Tu es responsable de :

• Maintenir la confidentialité de ton mot de passe
• Toutes les activités effectuées depuis ton compte
• Nous notifier immédiatement de tout usage non autorisé

Tu dois avoir au moins 18 ans pour créer un compte (âge minimum pour le WHV en Australie).

3. Plans et tarifs

BackpackRadar propose deux plans :

• Plan Free : accès limité à 5 jobs par jour dans une seule ville favorite
• Plan Pro : accès illimité à toutes les villes, tous les jobs, payslips, compteur 88j ($9.99 AUD/mois)

Les paiements sont gérés par Stripe. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement chaque mois, sauf annulation depuis l'app.

4. Annulation et remboursement

Tu peux annuler ton abonnement Pro à tout moment depuis l'app (Réglages → Abonnement). L'accès Pro reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période en cours.

Politique de remboursement : aucun remboursement n'est accordé pour les périodes déjà entamées, sauf cas exceptionnel (bug majeur empêchant l'utilisation du service).

5. Utilisation acceptable

En utilisant BackpackRadar, tu t'engages à NE PAS :

• Utiliser le service à des fins illégales ou frauduleuses
• Tenter d'accéder de manière non autorisée à nos systèmes
• Scraper, copier ou reproduire le contenu de l'app sans autorisation
• Créer plusieurs comptes pour contourner les limites du plan Free
• Diffuser du contenu malveillant ou des virus
• Harceler, menacer ou nuire à d'autres utilisateurs

6. Propriété intellectuelle

Tous les contenus de l'app (design, logo, code, textes, fonctionnalités) sont la propriété exclusive de BackpackRadar et protégés par le droit d'auteur.

Les offres d'emploi proviennent de sources tierces (SEEK, Backpacker JB, Adzuna) et restent la propriété de leurs auteurs. Nous ne faisons que les agréger et filtrer.

7. Limitation de responsabilité

BackpackRadar fournit un service d'aide à la recherche d'emploi. Nous ne garantissons pas :

• L'exactitude des offres d'emploi (provenant de sources tierces)
• L'éligibilité réelle d'un job aux 88 jours (à vérifier auprès de Home Affairs)
• L'obtention d'un emploi via notre app
• Le calcul exact du compteur 88 jours (estimation basée sur tes données)

Les décisions concernant ton visa restent à la responsabilité de Home Affairs. Nous te recommandons toujours de vérifier les informations officielles sur immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

8. Modification du service

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre tout ou partie du service à tout moment. En cas d'arrêt définitif, nous te notifierons au moins 30 jours à l'avance.

9. Suppression de compte

Tu peux supprimer ton compte à tout moment depuis l'app. Nous nous réservons également le droit de suspendre ou supprimer un compte en cas de violation de ces conditions (sans remboursement pour le plan Pro).

10. Modifications des conditions

Ces conditions peuvent évoluer. Nous te notifierons par email ou notification dans l'app au moins 30 jours avant l'entrée en vigueur de changements importants.

11. Loi applicable

Ces conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige sera soumis à la juridiction compétente du pays de résidence du consommateur (article L.211-3 du Code de la consommation).

Welcome to BackpackRadar. By using our mobile application and website, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

BackpackRadar is a mobile application for backpackers on Working Holiday Visa (WHV) in Australia. Our service includes:

• Automatic aggregation and filtering of job listings (SEEK, Backpacker JB, Adzuna)
• AI detection of 88-day regional work eligible jobs
• Payslip storage
• 88-day counter and visa tracking
• Real-time notifications

2. User account

To use BackpackRadar, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities performed from your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account (minimum age for WHV in Australia).

3. Plans and pricing

BackpackRadar offers two plans:

• Free Plan: limited access to 5 jobs per day in one favorite city
• Pro Plan: unlimited access to all cities, all jobs, payslips, 88-day counter ($9.99 AUD/month)

Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription auto-renews monthly, unless canceled from the app.

4. Cancellation and refund

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from the app (Settings → Subscription). Pro access remains active until the end of the current period.

Refund policy: no refunds are granted for periods already started, except in exceptional cases (major bug preventing service use).

5. Acceptable use

By using BackpackRadar, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce app content without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits
• Distribute malicious content or viruses
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

6. Intellectual property

All app content (design, logo, code, text, features) is the exclusive property of BackpackRadar and protected by copyright law.

Job listings come from third-party sources (SEEK, Backpacker JB, Adzuna) and remain the property of their authors. We only aggregate and filter them.

7. Limitation of liability

BackpackRadar provides a job search assistance service. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of job listings (from third-party sources)
• Actual 88-day eligibility of any job (to be verified with Home Affairs)
• Successful employment through our app
• Exact calculation of the 88-day counter (estimate based on your data)

Visa decisions remain the responsibility of Home Affairs. We always recommend verifying official information on immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

8. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. In case of permanent shutdown, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the app. We also reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms (no refund for Pro plan).

10. Changes to terms

These terms may evolve. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before significant changes take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the consumer's country of residence (Article L.211-3 of the French Consumer Code).
